Pax stripped down after playing the sprinkler and was streaking around the yard.  He hopped up on the slide, but paused a moment before going down.  I can only imagine what he was thinking!

Sky and sea birthday party

Another successful joint birthday party!  Ashlyn wanted mermaids and Paxton wanted airplanes...so put those together and you get sea and sky!  It worked and the weather cooperated and everyone had a good time!

Pardon the pause

Pardon the pause in posting, but we are still getting settled in from our move!! I have so much to catch up on (as usual) and hope to do it soon!!!  

Mother's Day 2014

I had a wonderful Mother's Day this year!  Brunch at the clubhouse, followed by a nap and some shopping!  So thankful for the 2 that made me a mom! (The youngest wasn't feeling very photogenic)

Spring season is in the books

The Love Bugs finished the spring season of soccer!  I am not sure who had more fun...the kids or the parents!  Such a great group!  Really hoping Ashlyn wants to play again in the fall!  Here are a few pics from their trophy presentation.

Easter egg hunt at Merryhill

We closed on our house just in time to make it to see Ashlyn's class do their egg hunt!  Fortunately, Gigi made it in time to cheer on Paxton!

If I had to predict, based on current likes and interests, what the kids are going to be when they grow up...these would be on my list:

Ashlyn:
Massage therapist/hair stylist/make-up artist
Ballerina
Teacher
Chef
Doctor (or a PT like her mama...she wants to take care of boo boos)
Artist

Paxton:
Plumber (I cannot keep him away from the toilet)
Rock climber
Pilot
Vet
Taste tester
Soccer player (football is his favorite sport, but his PT mama won't let him play that so I am hoping for the Spanish translation....futbol!)
