Bike ridery

It has been pretty cold and wet since Christmas so we haven't spent much time outside which means not a lot of bike riding opportunities. We made it out the other day for a little while. Let's just put it this way...we need a little more practice before we start talking Tour De France! (And yes, I know it is just a tricycle but I am a stickler for helmets so we are starting early and being consistent!)

Turned my back for a second...

Famous last words!! No, seriously...I left Paxton playing on the floor of his room with a few toys and went to the kitchen to check on Ashlyn. I was gone no more than 2 minutes...MAX! When I walked back into his room he was gone!! That little turkey had rolled/army crawled his way into Ashlyn's room!

Pearly whites

Ashlyn had her check-up at the dentist! She got a good report card for brushing! Teeth look great! The count is up to 18 with 2 more on their way! We love Dr. Alex! When the "treasure chest" was presented for Ashlyn to select her prize, she immediately went for the large, purple, blinged out ring! She only changed her mind when it didn't fit. She opted for a cupcake eraser. I am pretty sure she thought it was candy...guess I need to do more education on the role of the dentist!

This may solve my problem (temporarily)

Just downloaded the blogger app for my phone. Giving it a test run to see if I can post with pics from my iPhone!

A better blogger

One of my New Year's resolutions was to be a better blogger.  The holidays (starting with Thanksgiving) really got me off track and I have not been capturing as many of these precious moments as I have intended.  My busy schedule was also compounded with some technical difficulties.  Our laptop is VERY old and needs to be replaced.  Neither of our iphones will sync with this computer so it is very challenging to get pictures off our phones.  So I am using that as my excuse :)  Hopefully that will be resolved soon with a much needed trip to the Apple store.  I love "keeping up with the wimberlys" via this blog and chronicling our daily life.  It is also A LOT of work and sometimes stresses me out when I get behind! I promise I will get caught up very shortly and hopefully stay that way!
